This luxury villa is situated in the small village of Kapparis, near Paralimni. The open plan fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining area that has a table and chairs for 6 people. The lounge with leather sofa’s, fireplace and satellite T.V. has patio doors that lead into an enclosed garden with swimming pool. On the patio are sunbeds and a table with chairs for you to relax or lay in the sun. Upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite shower. Two further bedrooms have twin beds. There are two family shower rooms. It is close to Pernera and Protaras and has the added bonus of being amongst the best beaches on the island.
From here you can access all of the famous sandy bays with crystal clear water and take advantage of the water sports or just simply lay in the sun.
The villa is very close to Fireman’s Beach and close to local shops, bars and restaurants.

The first floor offers 2 very large bedrooms with Sea Views, one with an en suite shower, two smaller bedrooms with twin beds and a family bathroom.
Outside by the pool is a seating area with rattan furniture under an electric roofed pergola. There is a B.B.Q and plenty of sun beds.
The villa is fully alarmed and a safe box is also available.
