This lovely villa is situated in the small holiday village of Pernera, close to all amenities and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach.
The downstairs area consists of a lounge with two 3seater sofas and one 2seater sofas and IPTV. The well equipped kitchen leads to the dining table and 6 chairs and patio doors that lead to the enclosed garden with swimming pool. The patio has sunbeds and a table with 6 chairs for outside dining.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is an en suite with a double bed, another room has 2 singles and the next one has a double bed. There is a family bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet.
The are many more beaches and attractions within easy reach of this villa. Protaras and Ayia Napa being the nearest main resorts. There are also the smaller traditional inland villages to explore, along with the facinating Troodos Mountains or the towns of Larnaka, Limassol, Pafos and Nicosia.
